With major construction complete at the new Farmersville Campus, all eyes are turning to the courses scheduled to be offered there. With a soft opening planned for mid-March, students are encouraged to review their options online now before the first term of classes fill up.
Administrators and staff are already working at the campus, preparing the way for faculty to teach eight-week courses in the second half of the Spring semester, March 22-May 15.
Courses planned for the term include more than 30 offerings in art appreciation, anatomy and physiology, biology, composition and integrated reading/writing, history and government, mathematics ranging from college algebra to statistical methods, philosophy, physical fitness, psychology, and more subjects. A full listing of classes is available in the college’s online schedule, here. Choose “Credit Wintermester & Spring 2021” when prompted to enter a term and then “Farmersville Campus” when asked for search criteria.
The college will also offer HiSet Preparation on Saturdays beginning March 20 for people interested in completing their high school equivalency. Classes are scheduled to be offered from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Choose “Cont Ed Spring 2021” and “Farmersville Campus” on the online schedule for more details.
Registration is completed in CougarWeb. If you are new to Collin College, full instructions on applying and registration are available on our Admissions page.
